My condolences to you Rosie and your entire family. Joe was one of those who always had a smile, a joke to tell to make your day a little better. I know he made my dad enjoy going to work and helped him after my mother died. Joe, you made life better for so many RIP

February 14, 2021 2:09 PMI worked with Joe for a short time on Lock n Dam 5A, I found him to be much like my dad, straight talker-good sense of humor and a square shooter. It was a pleasure to know him

February 14, 2021 9:56 AMI have fond memories of Joe growing up. I can still remember when Roseanne lived in an apartment above us and Joe came over with a whip, scaring us and saying he was Santa Claus. Seriously he was a lovable man always with a smile on his face. He will be missed.
