Ruth H. (Warnken) Dorman

Ruth H. (Warnken) Dorman, age 93, of Plainview, MN, formerly of Wilson, MN, passed away on Friday, November 17, 2023, at the Pine Haven Care Center in Pine Island, MN.

She was born on January 21, 1930, in Wilson Township, MN, to Edward and Edna (Brand) Warnken, and was a life-long member of Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church in Wilson.

Ruth is survived by her children: Jalaine, Lynnette, Kyla, and Doran; 15 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 3 step-great-grandchildren; a sister: Judith Warnken; as well as several cousins, other relatives, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister: Violet Warnken; brother: Ronald Warnken; and several cousins.

Visitation will be held from 1 PM until the funeral service at 2 PM on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church in Wilson, MN.  Pastor Jason Threlkeld will officiate.  Ruth will be laid to rest in the church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that memorials be directed to Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church in Wilson, or to a charity of choice.
