Richard Orlikowski

Richard P. “Orlo” Orlikowski, age 61, of Winona, passed away on Sunday, October 27, 2019.  He was born on May 20, 1958, in Winona, to Donald Orlikowski Sr. and Mary (Davidsavor) Duresky.

Richard was employed for over 35 years with Goodson Tools and Supplies, and  enjoyed spending time with his family and friends at various get-togethers.  Everyone knew Richard for his gruff voice, but deep down he was a gentle teddy bear.  He was a huge fan of the Green Bay Packers, but we never held that against him.

Richard is lovingly survived by his children: Richard (Katie) Orlikowski, Robert Orlikowski, Ross Orlikowski, Adam Meyer, and Joe (Steph) Meyer; grandchildren: Kyle, Chase, and Cameron; brothers and sisters: Sharon Gill, Ruth (Mike) Rackow, Kathy (Dennis) Skarr, Theresa Orlikowski, Robert Orlikowski, and Renee (Kellie) McKenzie; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  He was reunited in heaven with the love of his life, Sue Meyer; daughter, Amanda Meyer; father: Donald Orlikowski, Sr.; mother: Mary Duresky; and brothers: Donald, Jr., and James.

A celebration of his life will be held from 11 AM until a time of sharing memories at 1 PM on Thursday, October 31, 2019, at the Watkowski-Mulyck Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
