Randy Shugart

Randy J. Shugart, age 60, of Winona, passed away Friday, Jan. 26, 2018, at his home.

He was born April 24, 1957, in Winona, to Urban and Barb (Phillips) Shugart. He married Sharon Millen on May 6, 1994.

He will be deeply missed by his wife, Sharon; his sister, Laurie (Joe) Koscianski; a very special nephew, Jonny Shugart; a very special auntie, Patsy Schultz; in-laws, Patrick and Sophie Millen; his devoted cats, Mickey and Matu; and many more nieces.

A private family funeral is being arranged.
