Patricia Schultz

Patricia M. Schultz, age 85, of Winona, passed away on Monday, April 16, 2018, at Lake Winona Manor.

She was born on July 6, 1932, in Winona, to George and Bertha (Schaale) Shugart.   She married James R. Schultz on August 16, 1962, in Winona, and he preceded her in death on February 26, 2016.

Pat was a member of St. Martin’s Evangelical Lutheran Church where she taught Sunday School for many years, and also enjoyed singing in the choir.  She will be remembered for her love of reading, her cats, and she especially cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren.

Pat is survived by her children: Jennifer Mulyck, Winona; Neil Schultz, Minneapolis, MN; grandchildren: Meghan, Morgan, and Evan Mulyck; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; son: Lee Christopherson; son-in-law: Kevin Mulyck; a special nephew: Randy Shugart; as well as her 3 brothers and 2 sisters.

Visitation will be held from 3 PM until the funeral service at 4 PM on Friday, May 4, 2018, at the Watkowski-Mulyck Funeral Home.  The Reverend Richard A. Moore will officiate.  Following the service, a reception and celebration of Pat’s life will be held at the Winona Eagle’s Club.

A private family burial will be held at the Mecklenberg Cemetery in rural Stockton, MN.
