Patricia M. Ozmun

Patricia Mary Ozmun, age 95, of Winona, passed away on Friday, July 3, 2026, at Winona Health.

She was born on March 17, 1931, in Rollingstone, MN, to Reinhard and Josephine (Hengel) Kohner, and was a graduate of Holy Trinity High School in Rollingstone.

Pat was employed with the Kresge Company for ten years, and then with the Winona Daily News for over fifteen years.

On February 19, 1972, Pat married Robert R. Ozmun, Sr., in Winona. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church.

Pat is lovingly survived by her husband, Robert, Sr.; step-children: Robert R. (Rebecca) Ozmun, Jr.; John P. (Sheryl) Ozmun; and Tim A. (Kathy) Ozmun; several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; as well as other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and a sister, Dolores Ruse.

Visitation will be held at the Watkowski-Mulyck Funeral Home on Thursday, July 9, 2026, from 9:30 AM until the funeral service at 10 AM. Fr. Russell Scepaniak will officiate. Pat will be laid to rest at St. Mary’s Cemetery.

Pat’s family would like to extend their deepest appreciation to all those who cared for Pat, especially Dr. Amy Johnson and the staff at Winona Health ICU, as well as Fr. Russ for his prayers and comfort.
