Mark B. Stiever

Mark B. Stiever, age 72, formerly of Winona, passed away on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at Elmore Assisted Living in Elmore, MN, where he had been a resident for the last several years.

He was born on September 14, 1953, in Winona, to Bernard and Mary (Mack) Stiever, and was a graduate of Winona Senior High School, class of 1973.

Mark will be remembered for his love of drawing, which he was very good at, and for his love of music and movies. He especially loved The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, and Harry and the Hendersons.

Mark is survived by his brother: Paul Stiever, Laughlin, NV; sister-in-law: Tammy Stiever, Winona, MN; nephews: Jerrid (Elizabeth) Stiever, Victorville, CA: Scott Stiever, Laughlin, NV; and niece: Jolene Stiever, Avondale, AZ; great-nephews and great-nieces: Michael-Damien Stiever, Justin Stiever, Kaydence Stiever, Jesse Stiever, Riley Sheprow, Mason Sheprow, Jordan Sheprow, Elena Al-Kishety, and Amira Al-Kishety; as well as other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers: Michael Stiever and William Stiever; sister: Barbara Stiever; sister-in-law: Connie Stiever; and his beloved dogs, Maggie and Cinnamon.

Mark will be laid to rest in a private family ceremony at St. Mary's Cemetery in Winona.
