Helen "Pat" Jerowski

Helen “Pat” Jerowski, age 78, of Winona, passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2019, at Sauer Health Care in Winona.

She was born on March 18, 1941, in Winona, to Kermit and Irene (Nagle) Harvey, and was a graduate of Cotter High School.  Pat was united in marriage with Edward Jerowski on May 8, 1965, at Precious Blood Catholic Church in La Moille, MN.

Following high school, she completed beautician training, and worked as a beautician in Austin, MN, and later in Winona.  After raising her family, she was employed with Bloedow’s Bakery in Winona until her retirement.

Pat had a deep devotion to her Catholic faith, and was a member of the Basilica of St. Stanislaus Kostka where she enjoyed singing in the choir for many years.  She will be remembered for her enjoyment of listening to music, reading, and she especially looked forward to getting together with her sisters, and she cherished the special bond that they shared.  She will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved her.

Pat is lovingly survived by her husband, Ed; sons: Scott Jerowski, Billy (Kristin) Jerowski, and Mitchell (Erica) Jerowski; grandchildren: Aspen, Jack, and Elle; siblings: Keith (Theresa) Harvey; Marce (Jim) Kerrigan; Eileen Kosidowski; Kathryn Rackow; Vivian (Bruce) Linander; Barb (Jim) McNamer; John (Kathy) Harvey; Paul (Darla) Harvey; Lorin Harvey; Bill (Cindy) Harvey; and Cindi Harvey; sisters-in-law: Ruth Jerowski, Jean Grubb, and Mary (Don) Walski; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents; brother: Tim Harvey; brothers-in-law: Pete Jerowski and Tom Kosidowski; and sisters-in-law: Grace Boardman and Alice Finstuen.

Visitation will be held from 4 PM until 6 PM on Thursday, April 25, 2019, at the Watkowski-Mulyck Funeral Home.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at noon on Friday, April 26, 2019, at the Basilica of St. Stanislaus Kostka.  The Very Reverend Patrick Arens will officiate.  There will not be any visitation held on Friday, please meet at the Basilica for Mass.    Pat will be laid to rest in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
