David G. Barum

David Gerald Barum, age 71, of Winona, MN, passed away on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at his home.

David was born on August 4, 1954, to Carl and Leona (Papenfuss) Barum. He was amember of St. Martin’s Ev. Lutheran Church in Winona.

He is survived by his daughter, Nicole (Michael) Tomasek, Roanoke, TX; brother, Cork (Andrea) Barum, Burnsville, MN; sisters, Shirley Kamrowski, Winona, and Donna Ernst, Winona; sister-in-law, Barb Barum, Onalaska, WI; many nieces and nephews; and his friends from the Mankato Bar.

David was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Alan Barum and Gary Barum; sister, Delores (Duane) Bradt; and an infant brother, Robert.

Private family services will be held.
