Betty L. Cieminski

Betty L. Cieminski, age 85, of Winona, passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at the Winona Health Hospital.

She was born on October 1, 1938, in Winona, to Elmer and Margaret (Bauer) Kiedrowski.

Betty lived in Clinton, IA, for 40 years, returning to Winona in 1996.

She will be remembered as an excellent domestic engineer who loved to bake, cook, and anything to do with her home and children. She also loved to travel, and noted that she had enjoyed a wonderful life.

Betty was an active volunteer in the Winona community with St. Anne Extended Healthcare, the Food Shelf, Head Start, Campus Kids, and loved working and doing anything with children.

She will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved her.

Betty is lovingly survived by her children: Sue, Ted, and Brandon; grandchildren: Bonnie, Dani, Devin, and Kingston; 6 great-grandchildren; sisters: Judy (David) Walchak and Sue (Jerry) Miller; as well as several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert; and son, Bobby.

Honoring Betty’s wishes there will not be any funeral services held. She will be laid to rest privately at St. Mary’s Cemetery at a later date.
