Barbara Grossell

Barbara Mae Grossell, age 80, of Winona, passed away on Wednesday, January 2, 2019, at her home.

She was born on December 22, 1938, in Winona, to Henry and Rose (Michalski) Duellman.  In 1955, Barb married Nathan Grossell, Sr., in Winona, and he preceded her in death on February 11, 2011.

Barb was employed with Miller Lubricator, and she later worked for many years at Watlow, until her retirement.  She will be remembered for her love of snowmobiling, trap shooting, and taking care of her yard.  She especially enjoyed the companionship of her dogs, Cody and Tinkerbell.

Barb is lovingly survived by her sons: Nathan, Jr., and Jeff (Vicky); numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers: David (Janice) Duellman; sister: Joanie (David) Hemmelman;  sisters-in-law: Mary Goodman and Joy Duellman; as well as other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her son, Andrew Scott; grandsons: TJ and Eric; parents; brother: Richard Duellman; and a sister, Anita Webber.

Visitation will be held from 10 AM until the funeral service at noon on Tuesday, January 8, 2019, at the Watkowski-Mulyck Funeral Home.  Deacon Justin Green will officiate.  Barb will be laid to rest in St. Mary’s Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Chris Grossell, Jeremy Presson, Jerome Gierok, Matt Grossell, Kyle Grossell, and Scott Halbakken.
